What materials are used in Ocean Bottle products?
Our bottles are crafted from double-walled vacuum-insulated stainless steel and recycled ocean-bound plastic. All materials are 100% BPA-free and designed for lifelong durability.
How long will my beverage stay hot or cold?
Ocean Bottle and Ocean Brew products are engineered to keep drinks ice-cold for up to 18 hours and hot for up to 9 hours, depending on the specific model and environmental conditions.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Yes, all Ocean Bottle and Ocean Brew components are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish of your bottle for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
